Group tours to Ephesus from Marmaris start with a transfer from your hotel. After that, you will travel an additional 180 kilometers and arrive in the city of Selcuk (modern name for Ephesus), where you will make a 20-minute technical stop. During the journey, our guides will provide breakfast in a lunchbox.
Then our professional English-speaking guides will conduct a 2-hour tour in the ancient city with photo stops. You will see all the main monuments of Ephesus, such as the Temple of Roman Emperor Hadrian, the Trajan Fountain, the Temple of Artemis, public toilets, the legendary Library of Celsus, the Great and Small Theaters, agoras, and much more.
After the main program in Ephesus, lunch is planned at one of the national restaurants in the city of Selcuk. Then the group will split into two parts, and those who wish can visit the Ephesus Archaeological Museum, where all the findings from the excavations are exhibited, or the House of the Virgin Mary. Free time is provided for these visits. One hour is allocated for visiting the museum, and 40 minutes for visiting the House of the Virgin Mary.
